On April 8, 2025, Professor Esperanza Torres Rojas, head of the Agricultural Biodiversity and Biotechnology Research Team from the National University of Colombia, visited the College for an exchange. Vice Dean Hao Gang welcomed the guest, accompanied by Zhang Yifan from Office of International Relations and Zhou Kaiwen, Director of General Committee Office (Student Affairs Office).

Vice Dean Hao Gang extended a warm welcome to Professor Rojas on behalf of the college and introduced the institution’s achievements in international education and global initiatives. Professor Rojas spoke highly of the college’s accomplishments in fostering an internationalized learning environment and expressed her hope for strengthened collaboration in international education exchanges between the two institutions.

Following the meeting, Professor Rojas toured an exhibition showcasing the college’s international achievements, gaining deeper insights into its successes in Sino-foreign cooperative programs, international classes, and overseas student education.

The college has consistently upheld the principles of openness, inclusiveness, and mutual learning, actively deepening partnerships with global collaborators in areas such as international class development and education for overseas students. By fostering a multicultural environment, the college continues to enhance its international reputation and influence.
