In order to further promote theme-based education and achieve practical outcomes, our College's Dean Feng Lixin, Vice Dean Hao Gang, and other three members visited Shenzhen Audencia Financial Technology Institute and College of International Exchange at Shenzhen University for Research and Exchange on the afternoon of May 26th. This research visit is related to the theme 'Deepening the reform of talent training mode and effectively improving the quality of independent training for first-class talents', with a focus on high-quality development of first-class international talent training at our university.
In Shenzhen Audencia Financial Technology Institute, Party Secretary Liu Haishan, Dean Zhang Kai, Vice Dean Gu Wei, Assistant Dean Qi Han, Director of Recruitment Lu Bing and related staff attended the discussion meeting. Dean Zhang Kai extended a warm welcome to Dean Feng Lixin and his delegation, and introduced the overall situation of Shenzhen Audencia Financial Technology Institute. Dean Feng Lixin expressed his sincere gratitude to Shenzhen University for its warm reception and introduced the development of the College of International Education at South China Agricultural University (Guangzhou Dublin International College of Life Sciences and Technology). During the meeting, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the management system and mechanism of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools, the construction of personnel training and quality assurance system, the construction of teaching staff, and student management.
In the College of International Exchange at Shenzhen University, Dean Pan Yanchun, Vice Dean Zhang Daqiang, and relevant staff participated in the meeting. Dean Pan Yanchun provided an overview of international student recruitment, teaching, professional development, student management, and other aspects at Shenzhen University. Meanwhile, Dean Feng Lixin presented a detailed account of the history of international student education development, student demographics, and teaching faculty at the College of International Education at South China Agricultural University. The two parties engaged in extensive discussions on international student enrollment and management.
