★Main Experience and Honors

During her undergraduate study, she has achieved the second prize in reading and third prize in writing at the "FLTRP Cup" English Ability Competition of Guangdong Province. Additionally, he has received the "Winning Award" for the Mental Health Micro-Film Competition at South China Agricultural University, and has been honored with titles such as "Excellent Student Leader", "Outstanding Student" in military training, and "Excellent Student" at South China Agricultural University.

★Speak for the Horticulture Program

The horticulture (Sino-foreign cooperation) program offers a dual degree, with a Bachelor's in Agronomy from South China Agricultural University and a Bachelor's in Science from University College Dublin. By choosing this major, students have the opportunity to explore the diverse world of plants, develop exceptional varieties, and cultivate high-quality horticultural crops like Academician Yuan Longping. Additionally, they can engage with foreign instructors to broaden their horizons, enhance their spoken English skills, and strengthen their core competitiveness. The professional focuses within horticulture include fruit trees, vegetables, tea cultivation, postharvest techniques, and facilities management. Students primarily study cultivation methods, breeding techniques, plant physiology principles as well as postharvest preservation and storage practices. Furthermore, to align with the teaching provided by international instructors, students also undergo English language training. Opting for the horticulture (Sino-foreign cooperation) program not only allows students to experience Dublin's cultural customs in China and authentic spoken English but also provides opportunities to sample various fruits during experimental classes while engaging in activities such as crafting flower teas and floral arrangements.

Throughout my four years of study at this institution every instructor has been exceptionally kind-hearted and dedicated towards ensuring each student's success. Both academic advisors and class teachers have made concerted efforts to address any challenges faced by students thereby enabling them to enjoy a fulfilling university life while maintaining a steadfast commitment towards diligent studies.

Most importantly I have discovered the unique allure of gardening through this program which has enabled me to improve both my English proficiency as well as expand my knowledge within the field of horticulture.
